Leadership
Nate Robinson
Nate brings over two decades of experience in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), specializing in utility-scale solar and industrial projects. Before leading the launch of Ansgar Solar, they oversaw field operations for a $1 billion solar portfolio, managing the execution of 26 projects. Nate’s background includes managing large-scale solar portfolios exceeding 800 MWac and leading complex industrial construction projects valued at up to $800M, with a focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Michael Faulkner
Michael has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles across industrial construction, fabrication, and manufacturing. Since 2018 Mike has been overseeing operations, strategic growth, and client success. His prior roles include executive leadership and legal counsel, where they provided strategic oversight for large-scale projects and complex contractual frameworks in the industrial and energy sectors.
Brad Lukehart
Brad brings experience in operations, project management, and leadership in the industrial construction and energy sectors. Brad has focused on driving operational excellence and strategic growth. His previous roles include overseeing operations for large-scale fabrication and manufacturing facilities across the Americas, managing high-profile nuclear and renewable energy projects, and leading teams to deliver complex industrial solutions with a focus on safety and quality.
Matthew McGinnis
Matthew McGinnis brings extensive leadership and operational expertise across specialty welding, pipe fabrication, and procurement. His prior experience includes co-founding and managing specialty welding organizations and overseeing large-scale procurement initiatives, with a focus on business development, client relations, and operational efficiency.
David Muir
David Muir brings 24 years of industrial construction experience, primarily in the power and energy sectors. Starting as a field engineer, he transitioned into Business Development 17 years ago, cultivating a vast network across utilities, municipalities, OEMs, and engineering firms. David holds a degree in Natural Science and Math from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has served on the board of SCOAR.
